Objectives of the Project |
| · Availability of flat land fit for using agricultural machines – light muddy good drain, large and fertile land suitable for organic production, land size reaches up to 150.000 feddans
· Neighborhood of the area to the new Khartoum international air port ease export operations · The increasing international demand for food stuff, and the internationally increase of food prices and its substitutes · The area is a plant disease free area due to its farness from the traditional areas of production in Khartoum and Aljazeera · Availability of ground water – the Nile desert basin is located in the area with storage capacity 37 billion cubic meter of water with a production rate of 16.000 gallons / hour from a depth of 700 – 800 feet |
