The strategic location of the area on Elobeid Khrotum road ( west salvation continental road ) Easy to establish infrastructures. the area is surrounded by agricultural areas, and local markets that represents a civilized and cultural face , and commercial centers that provides a huge and diverse amount of art works, cultures, conducts and behaviors. Arts, heritage, and customs reflect the true Sudanese values. The economic importance of the project as a constant and unchanged resource that guarantees the sustainability and contributions of the projects on the growth national product. The nomads tribes who are engaged in animal husbandry of cows, and camels are taking the area as a settlement for the tribe and a pasture for their animal in the autumn season, beside their multi cultures that are rooted in history considered to be an effective element for the success of the project.
